In selected cases, KMOL GmbH acts as a commercial introducer in international energy supply structures.

In this role, we facilitate introductions between qualified buyers and refinery-level sellers and support the commercial framework of potential transactions.

KMOL does not act as seller, does not take title to goods and does not assume operational or delivery obligations. All transactions are executed under independent contractual arrangements between the respective parties.

KMOL GmbH is active in the physical distribution of refined petroleum products, with a primary focus on Diesel EN 590 (10 PPM).

Our role is limited to physical supply coordination and distribution, either directly or in cooperation with established storage, transport and terminal partners.

KMOL’s activities focus on selected refined petroleum products, subject to availability and compliance review.

- Diesel (EN 590 / ULSD)

- Jet Fuel (Jet A-1)

- Marine fuels and gasoil (where applicable)

Product scope is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. KMOL does not act as producer or refiner and does not take title to goods unless explicitly agreed.

In addition to our energy-related activities, KMOL GmbH provides international logistics services, including sea freight and air freight coordination.

Logistics services are offered primarily in support of existing client relationships and project-specific requirements and operate independently from our energy-related activities.

KMOL GmbH operates under strict compliance, AML and sanctions policies.

All counterparties are subject to internal review and verification prior to engagement. Where required, KMOL cooperates with external legal, compliance and advisory partners.

We maintain full transparency towards our banking and regulatory counterparties.
